Victory Outreach North Brooklyn Church presents WALL WARS 3 Handball Tournament; this Saturday 26, 2010 ....@ 10:30am - 3:00pm

This is our third Handball Tournament event; the 2 events we had last summer were very successful. Today our street team handed out flyers regarding the handball event and over and over they would question "And this is a Church putting this together?" "This is cool." would be their response. Victory Outreach North Brooklyn Church is dedicated to serving the community of Willliamsburg, Bushwick and Greenpoint with up-to-date and revelant services and events. Our goal, Anti-violence and Anti-gang activity for the youth of our community. We also want them to know that as a church we are there for them and we desire that they would discover the difference Jesus makes. We put together a quality event with Experienced Referees and Trophies awarded to the first, second and third place winners. My job is score keeper and team placement, I have so much fun watching them play. I see the transformation from them showing up and checking us out all hardcore lookin' to getting their game on and smiling and cheering each other on. It is awesome. My desire and prayer is that this year would be even more successsful than last years tournament. May their simple decision to play a game lead them to other decisions towards what is positive for their futures.
