MOTHERHOOD

I had the privilege to speak in my Church on Mother's Day. I prayed Lord what is it that you want imparted in to these precious Mother's of today. I felt the Lord impress upon my heart, "just speak of your personal experiences and what you have learned". As a Grandmother and the Mother of the Pastor of the Church many may look at me and say"she is a successful Mother" and a blessed woman; (how do I get that).

It was not easy, God was my source and my guide and my strength; the Lord was my all in all. God's Word is full with examples and guidances, just take a look at the Proverbs 31 Woman and see what the job entails . I am deeply concerned with many of the things I see today in our children. We must go back to the basics and the key ingredient is love. I see parents working hard to purchase things for their children but not making the same efforts to teach them the basics in loving your fellow man and manners and respect and honor; of the biblical nature. Have a value for life, family and education. We must pray for the children of this nation and be examples for them; take the time to teach and instruct and guide. There is no greater reward on earth then a child that grows up to be a kind heart person with a reverence for God and the great reward in heaven when the Lord looks upon you and saids "Well done faithful servant".
Motherhood the most important job in the world with Heavenly rewards.
